The terms and conditions indicated in this document are to ensure that both parties (that is the Family and the Au-Pair) are treated with the utmost of courtesy and respect. We pride ourselves in
our personal and friendly service. Our main focus is on accepting the right families for au-pair placements and to find the best suitable au-pairs to fill the positions.Therefore, it is most
important that the registration form is accurately completed. This ensures that the au-pair placement is a happy and enjoyable experience for all parties involved.
However, we do realise that occasionally, and without fault on anyone’s part, a placement may not work out.
Should this be the case, we ask that two weeks notice be given. We also need to point out that au-pairs are not necessarily professionally trained in child care or domestic duties. They do, though, have the qualities needed to help families within the home with light housework and the caring for children.
We cannot proceed with arranging a placement until the completed application form has been received.
In addition, travel arrangements for the au pair can only be made once the placement fee has been payed in full.
All information records, correspondence and introductions are confidential and must not be disclosed neither directly nor indirectly to third parties. Breach of this condition will render the client liable for the full fee.
The agency will not be responsible or liable in any way, neither directly nor indirectly, for any loss, damage, or injury, resulting from or following any act or omission of any party involved in the introduction service.

Refunds are subject to compliance on the part of the Client with the warranties specified and valid for placements greater than one month only.
Should the Au-Pair leave within 21 days of placement, the Agency will use its reasonable endeavours to offer a replacement. If it is unable to do so or the Client does not want a replacement, a refund may be made according to the scale below. However, no liability shall accrue to the Agency if it is unable to offer such a replacement or if the Client does not accept such a replacement.

The agency must be informed immediately and contacted in writing within 10 days of termination of the contract. There has to a sufficient reason for the au pair leaving, otherwise no refund will be payable to the family nor will a replacement be offered. If the information on the family´s application form proves to be false or there is proof that the conditions stated therein have not been adhered to, no refund is payable to the family nor will a replacement be offered. If the au pair’s departure proves to be a result of misconduct on the part of the family, i.e. no entitlement to own bedroom, lack of payment, no free time etc. no refund is payable to the family nor will a replacement be offered.
No refunds can be made if the FULL placement fee was not paid on or before the au pair’s arrival.
In the event of cancellation by the client, the following refunds will apply:
After the au-pair has accepted the position, but before he/she has purchased a ticket to travel, 50% of the fee will be refunded. After the au pair has accepted the position and has purchased a ticket to travel, no refund will be made.
In the event of cancellation or non-arrival of the au pair, the agency will make it a priority to find a replacement. If this is not possible, a refund will be made of the fee paid less 45,- € for administration expenses.
The agency is not responsible for the costs of any au-pairs’ telephone calls or travel expenses.
